Common Ground Invites Community To Open House For Winona Recovery House
/Organization invites all interested community members and news sources to attend
WINONA, Minn. (January 25, 2017) — Common Ground is hosting an open house for all interested community members to see the new Winona Recovery House, located at 730 West 6th Street, Winona, MN 55987. The open house will be held on Wednesday, February 8th from 2:00 to 5:30 p.m. and refreshments will be provided. Community members will have the ability to tour the facility, speak with staff and ask questions regarding our programs and services in the community.
Common Ground CEO, Mattea Schmitz states “As we move toward the opening of the Winona Recovery House, we are reminded of the importance of having safe, sober living for those who are recovering in our communities. Common Ground looks forward to continue partnering with the Winona community to make this a reality and an improvement to those in recovery in Winona County.”
Common Ground is a substance abuse treatment facility with locations in Rochester, Red Wing, and Winona, MN. The organization is opening a men’s halfway house (low-intensity residential treatment) in Winona, MN. The home will serve adult males in Winona County and will house 16 men and will employ 9 staff.
All interested community members are invited to attend the open house and all questions are welcome. Common Ground looks forward to continuing our commitment to meeting all clients where they are in their journey of recovering from addiction, and hopes to continue making a significant impact in Winona County through the Winona Recovery House.
