Job Opening: Substance Abuse Counselor (LADC or LPCC) — Red Wing, MN

Common Ground is pleased to announce we will be expanding our services at our Red Wing location with the help of an additional substance abuse counselor, offered either part-time or full-time, depending on the right candidate.

This position requires 2 evening groups per week, all other days are flexible and can be discussed upon hire, with work from home options available on Fridays.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize counseling skills of 12 core functions in a group setting,

  • Conduct individual support sessions,

  • Perform chemical use assessments,

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

MN LADC licensure or equivalent (LPCC or LPC, LICSW, or ADC-T)
