Common Ground Introduces Expanded Employee Benefits Package

At Common Ground, our staff is essential to our culture and to the quality of treatment our clients experience in our programs. As Common Ground has grown into a regional treatment center spanning across Southeast Minnesota, our employees have remained our greatest asset. For this reason, Common Ground is pleased to introduce an expanded benefits package for employees and their families.
Full Benefits Package:
Health, Dental and Vision insurance for employees and their families, 401K, profit sharing options, PTO, paid maternity leave, competitive compensation, flexible schedules with some work from home options.
Our expanded benefits package introduces health insurance coverage for employees and their families, as well as a 401K and profit sharing options to replace our former IRA benefit.
