Job Opening: Substance Abuse Counselor (LADC or LPCC) — Winona, MN

Common Ground is an outpatient drug and alcohol treatment center with locations across Southeast Minnesota. We are now hiring for a full-time, permanent Alcohol & Drug Counselor at our outpatient treatment center in Winona, MN.

This position requires 2 evening groups per week, all other days are flexible and can be discussed upon hire, with work from home options available on Fridays.

We offer many different tracks, along the continuum of care to fit the need of the client. Join a team of compassionate counselors and administrative staff — and work from home on Fridays!

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize counseling skills of 12 core functions in a group setting,

  • Conduct individual support sessions,

  • Perform chemical use assessments,

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

MN LADC licensure or equivalent (LPCC or LPC, LICSW, or ADC-T)
